When we started our little podcast last year, many folks were very generous with their time and joined me in great conversations about learning, even though at the time our audience was very, very small. Now that it is starting to grow, I’m excited to bring back our very first guest, Bruce Tulgan, founder of Rainmaker Thinking, a research and management consulting firm, and author of the new book, Bridging the Soft Skills Gap.
We recently caught up and talked about Bruce’s research into this important development in the workplace and how learning professionals may be able to reverse the increasing loss of professional skills at work. In Bruce’s book, you’ll learn more about what skills employers are missing and how we can re-train new and future employees in the basics we used to learn at home.
