Coming to TechKnowledge 2019!
Chatbots are not just a fad. They are becoming an important part of both the learning experience and daily on-the-job tasks. Intelligent chatbots can adapt to the needs of individual learners and share customized tips, suggestions and answers to questions about course content in text or voice. They can integrate well with major eLearning tools and don’t need to cost more to develop than a more traditional approach to eLearning development.
I’m presenting this topic with “elearning Joe” Ganci at ATD’s TechKnowledge 2019 conference in February. We’ll provide demonstrations of several chatbots integrated into eLearning courses, producing higher learner engagement, post-training reinforcement and eliciting a “wow” response from your learners.
