In previous posts I wrote about my role as cohost of the Reflection Center at The Learning and Development Conference, TLDC. The role of reflection in learning is well-established and dates back at least to educator/philosopher John Dewey, who said “We do not learn from experience … we learn from reflecting on experience.” In keeping with our commitment to apply reflection to the learning that took place during the conference, we’re keeping the conversation going with everyone who attended the conference or is interested in learning more about our “un-conference” approach. We’ll be releasing videos articles and other follow-up items for you throughout the year, helping to bridge the gap between the last conference and the next one, in 2017. I’m going to be featured in an upcoming video and I’ve also written some follow-up content for this channel, which will be coming out in the coming weeks. You can subscribe here so you don’t miss a thing.

Here’s our first video, a series of testimonials from conference attendees. If you attended, you might be in this video.
